Welcome back to my blog. After completing a product what comes next? Yup, the CCR which is what this blog is completely about. I choose to do it as an interview and ended up not using Julie Sanon as the voice asking me questions. Well here it goes.

Final task

Welcome back to my blog. Like my other projects you've followed me along it's time to see how this one turned out. Overall, I think we did a good job for students who had to film on their phones and had no prior experience before this year. I've learned a lot this year and I would definitely recommend this class to others. That's all for now Au Revoir.

Welcome back blog. For some reason good things never seem too long for me. Previously in my other blogs i explained how it was looking so good. Saint realized today that the movie was wayyyy longer than what the limit was. We tried trimming and trimming and speeding up the credits but it still wasn’t long enough. No matter how much we tried it originally we just couldn’t get it into the 2 minute mark. Sydney out of no where came up with a great idea. She said why don’t we completely rearrange the movie and only add the important clips of us talking. So that’s what Saint did she added the kidnapping scene and us at the mall at the beginning. She added a little thing so the viewers can know what happened and the change of scenery. She sped through the none important parts and trimmed it down. Originally there were a lot of clips of us just talking that didn’t add to the scene. The only thing I don’t like now is how this first 2 minutes pretty much tell the whole movie. It doesn’t give t

Welcome back to my blog. All the fun and exciting parts and things are done. Only thing left now is for Saint to add the finish editing touches and getting it peer reviewed. From what I’ve seen the movie doesn’t seem choppy. The clips bounce smoothly from one to another. The sound also lined up nicely and it didn’t look like we were stuttering or anything. I hope Saint doesn’t realize anything wrong with our clips. If she does find mistakes I hope they sent big ones. If they’re small ones we have enough time to fix them or leave them as they are. If they’re big ones I work everyday this week except Monday. Hopefully she finds the mistake before then so we’d have enough time to either come together and fix it or enough time for us to fix it separately at home. I’m already starting to think of the next step, the CCR. Writing them out has already been hard enough. I feel as if making them into a video will only make the task much harder. I might completely write down a script and than si

Welcome back to my blog. I can no longer procrastinate on getting the blogs done. I realized what the date was and how time was slowly closing in on me. I realized I didn’t have a lot of time to procrastinate. Today having 5 brothers finally came in clutch. In more common terms they were definitely a huge help. Like I stated in the last blog where I talked about my personal parts, I would need a helping hand. To refreshen your memory there were clips where I couldn’t just set the phone up. I needed an actual cameraman to move the camera around. For example there was a part where a pan shoot was involved, I couldn’t hold the camera and act. Usually I would get someone in my group to help. I sometimes even may resort to one of my close friends. Surprisingly my brothers decided to help. I say surprisingly since they’re the same boys who refuse to take me to the store down the street. That day we shot the pan shot and the low angle shot of me at the beginning. I had already shot those cli

Welcome back to my blog. I haven’t recorded since last time so this blog will be mainly about what happened at the mall. It wasn’t fair of me to not go into detail about what happened. Working with these ladies was fun the first time. Working with them this time was funnier since we had to act. Since we’re in a pandemic and have to wear make it helped cover up our mistakes a little. In some clips we started laughing and making faces but the fact we had to wear mask to stay safe saved the clips. Watching them stumble over lines and trying to ignore the camera made the experience so fun. None of us will be on Hollywood anytime soon. The mall wasn’t really packed yet it also felt as if everyone was walking in and out them doors. Which caused us to move from one entrance to a another one. For starters remembering lines to the T is way harder than it looks. Now I understand why most actors say their scenes were improvised during the movies. So the script and what we are saying won’t be exac

One small step for us, one giant step for the goal. Welcome back to my blog. We finally got the chance where all 3 of us were off and able to film the parts where we were all together. That’s right you guessed it we filmed our scenes at the mall. The mall wasn’t as packed as we expected though. Which is great, Covid is still very much a thing. The fact that only three of us were physically needed in-front the camera made this so much easier. Last time St. Flore cousin had to come and help us with the recording. Since Sydney wasn’t needed physical in-front of the camera, she stood behind it recording. We made sure to follow each box and each angle to the T. Filming with these ladies are always a blast. Last projected we worked on together came out good. Our goal for this one is for it to come out even better. We only strive for greatness in this group. We don’t have much time to re-record so we couldn’t risk it. Whenever St. Flore starts to edit hopefully she doesn’t find any big mis
